1. Vibration sensor failure:

At this time, there are no abnormalities in the parameters of the central control operation screen, and there is no vibration in the field. Preventing this from happening requires more attention and keeping it clean.

2. Loose skin and loose liner

The vibration in the middle control is too large. It is found on the scene that there are regular vibrations and dull sounds in the mill. The emergency stop grinding, the grinding of the splint bolts are not obviously loose, there is no foreign matter in the grinding, everything is normal, only one roll is found after grinding. The skin is loose. The looseness of the roller skin is very regular. Because the diameter of the grinding roller is smaller than the diameter of the grinding disc, it shows that the grinding disc rotates less than one week, and the vibration appears once. Together with the on-site sound recognition, it can be judged that the roller skin is loose. The lining is loose, generally showing continuous vibration. The site feels three vibrations per revolution of the grinding disc. When the roller skin and the lining plate are found to be loose, they must be stopped immediately, and the grinding should be inspected in detail, and the professional should be instructed to handle it. Otherwise, when it falls off, it will cause serious accidents.

3. Pre-stress imbalance, or too high or too low

When the N2 capsule is unbalanced, the buffering force of each rod is different, causing the mill to vibrate. If the filter is too high or too low, the buffer plate capacity will be weakened, and the vibration of the mill will be too large. Therefore, the preload pressure of each N2 bag should be given strictly according to the set value, and it should be checked regularly to prevent oil leakage and leakage. Gas, pressure is not normal.

4. Feeding amount is too large, too small or unstable

The mill feeds a lot, causing too much material in the mill, the mill's working conditions are malignant, and it is easy to instantaneously vibrate and stop. Because the waste bin can not be used, the slag is directly into the grinding when grinding, and the vibration is large after the roller is reduced. At the same time, the thickness of the layer is large and the inlet is positive. This is because the slag is more during the grinding, and the belt scale is fed. , caused by the increase in grinding feed. At this time, the belt scale feeding should be greatly reduced. After the slag is normal, it is added to the normal state. If the feeding amount is too small, the material in the grinding is too small and the material layer is thin. The material buffering capacity between the grinding disc and the grinding roller is insufficient, and vibration is easily generated.
